The Plantagenet King is owned by Mark Richardson, who is based in Birchington in East Kent, UK only a few miles away from the historic cathedral city of Canterbury.

The Plantagenet King is a full member of the Antiquarian Booksellers Association (ABA) and International League of Antiquarian Booksellers (ILAB) and trades to their high standards.

The aim is to buy and sell rare books, letters, broadsides, periodicals and works on paper that are preserved as the publisher intended them and in collectible condition. We have items from around 1750 to 1939.

We are currently looking to exhibit at ABA and PBFA run rare book fairs - these being Cambridge in February, Firsts London, held in May, York held in September and The Chelsea Rare Book Fair in November.
