Three volumes, first editions 8vo. Vol. I: Autumn 1935, pp. 245; Vol. II: Summer 1936, pp. 252; Vol. III: Spring 1937, pp. 258. Original printed paper-covered boards in three colours (buff, green, red), as issued; no dustwrappers were called for. Bindings rubbed at extremities with toning to spines; Volume III with a moderate bruise and surface wear to the upper outer corner; occasional bump to edges, but all volumes sound, clean internally, and well-preserved overall. A very good, uniform set.
Epilogue was the critical journal produced by Laura Riding and Robert Graves during their collaboration at Deyá, bringing together poetry, literary criticism, philosophy, and cultural analysis by the core of the Riding–Graves circle, including James Reeves, Honor Wyatt, Thomas Matthews, Alan Hodge, Madeleine Vara, Len Lye, Ward Hutchinson, and others. Complete in all three volumes, as issued, and increasingly scarce in uniform condition.
