LANDSEER, Sir Edwin (1802-1873). Autograph signature, clipped from a letter, in ink on paper. Approximately 7cm, mounted on a larger card. Landseer was one of the most celebrated British painters of the nineteenth century, renowned for his animal subjects and for works such as the lions at the base of Nelson’s Column.
