Churchill's broadcast of 21 March 1943, reprinted from The Times of the following day, outlining his proposals for Britain's post-war reconstruction. He also proposes a Council of Europe to settle disputes and prevent renewed aggression, while warning against premature expectations of victory and urging continued concentration on the war.
