The Three Body Problem set (4 Volumes) Signed Cixin Liu 1st / 1st 2015

FIRST UK EDITIONS published by Head of Zeus between 2015 and 2019. This very rare set is in fine unread condition. The jackets are all as new and not price clipped. The books have all got no wear at all. The set consists of 1. The Three Body Problem (2015); 2. The Dark Forest (2015); 3. Death's End (2016) and then finally 4. The Redemption of Time (2019). 
 
This is one of the very rare 250 sets that Cixin Liu and the translators signed through Goldsborough Books. They were signed on a tipped in sheet and released on publication date of each title. So they represent the earliest signed first editions around. This set has been carefully stored away. All 3 of Cixin Liu's novels have the same limitation number: 108. The fourth novel is by Baoshu and takes place within the 'Three Body Problem universe'. It was officially endorsed by Liu. It was also released in a run of 250 signed and released through Goldsborough. This again has the same number: 108. 
 
These signed sets and the first trade editions of the three body problem have become very rare of late with no UK signed sets at the time of writing this, for sale in commerce. This is most likely due to the impending Netflix series due for release in 2023. The Game of Thrones show runners are directing it and are currently filming the first series. The first volume 'The Three Body Problem' won the hugo award in 2015 and was also nominated for the Nebula award.  The series relates to earth's struggle to cope with an invading alien race called the Trisolarians. A very rare set.
