The Third Man and The Fallen Idol by Graham Greene 1st / 1st 1950

First edition and first print published by Heinemann in 1950. This is a very near fine copy. The notoriously fragile dust wrapper has very little wear at all. The top of the spine has minor wear and at the bottom of the back panel is a small tear otherwise it is immaculate. It has not been price clipped. The book is very clean and presentable with no previous owners ink and very little foxing. It is a very collectable copy. Overall very near fine.

The author wrote the novella for 'The Third Man' as source material for the screenplay of the film, famously starring Orson Welles as Harry Lime that aired in 1949. This title was then released a year later in 1950. A scarce title to find in such nice condition.
