The Sky and the Forest by C.S. Forester 1st / 1st 1948 with the wraparound band

First UK edition published by Michael Joseph in 1948. This is a near fine copy. There dust wrapper has very minor wear to the top of the spine otherwise it is very complete and clean. It is not price clipped. The band is faded from red to orange on the spine. The book is in excellent  shape with very little handling wear. Overall a near fine copy and rare with the book society wraparound band.
