The Open Conspiracy by H.G. Wells 1st / 1st 1928

First UK edition published by Gollancz in 1928. This is a near fine copy. The fantastic McKnight Kauffer illustrated dust wrapper has small amounts of wear to the odd corner and a scuff mark to the centre of the front panel along with a few marks to the back panel. It is not price clipped. The book is in excellent order with only the odd mark. Overall a near fine copy. 
 
H.G. Wells provides a series of essays that shape his thoughts on matters of the day and what he perceived as the destiny or duty of man. He rather grandly calls his ideas a blue print for a new world revolution. Rare in the McKnight Kauffer jacket.
