The Nonexistent Knight & The Cloven Knight are an two allegorical fantasy novels, first published in Italian and together here in English translation. The two novels were latterly collected together with The Baron in the Trees in a single volume, Our Ancestors, for which Calvino was awarded the Salento Prize.
