The Narrow Corner by W. Somerset Maugham 1st / 1st 1932

First edition published by William Heinemann in 1932. This is a stunning very near fine copy. The remarkable jacket, illustrated by Youngman Carter has very little wear at all. There is a tiny amount of wear to the bottom of the spine, the spine is toned and there are a couple of light creases to the inside flap. The book has a smattering of foxing marks but otherwise is in excellent condition. There is a very small previous booksellers label on the inside board. The book is in exceptional condition and for this reason is very rare.
