The Living Planet Signed by David Attenborough first edition 1984

First edition. 4to., khaki brown original cloth boards, lettered in gilt to the spine, with the original dust jacket, 320pp; A very good copy, the book with light handling wear. A thumb mark is present on the half title page. The unclipped jacket has some light edge wear to the spine ends and corner tips. The spine of the dust jacket is a shade sun faded. David Attenborough has signed his name without dedication to the half title page.   
 
David Attenborough's sequel to his ground breaking Life on Earth series. Like that and then many series that came after, this book accompanied a BBC series. The book has many colour full page photographs throughout.
