The Brown Fairy Book by Andrew Lang 1st / 1st 1904

FIRST UK Edition published by Longmans, Green and Co. in 1904. A very good or better copy. The original boards and highly decorative gilt illustrations are in nice condition. There is minor wear to the spine ends and corner tips. There is a bookplate of a previous owner to the inside board. There is minor fox marks to a handful of pages. The book is square and tightly bound. There is a gentle crease to a small number of pages to the top right hand edge. There are no other previous owner's marks. All of the illustrations are in place and unmarked. Overall this is a very good or better copy.
