First edition and first print published by faber in 1955. The book and wrapper are both in very good condition. The wrapper has some minor wear and rubbing to the corners and edges. Slight sunning to the spine. Not price clipped - a tidy example. Book has clean boards and pages. Some rubbing to one of the corners. Signed by the author Brian Aldiss to the title page and dated '91'. The author's first book and rare signed.
