First UK edition published by Sarratt Village books in 1999. This is a very near fine copy. There is very light handling wear. The jacket hasn't been price clipped. The original list of residents insert is tucked in at the front. This copy has been signed without dedication by John Le Carre to the title page. The book was put together and published by the village of Sarratt to help raise funds for the church and village hall. Rare signed.
