Rudyard Kipling's Indictment of The Government 1st 1914

Published by The Daily Express in 1914. This is a very good copy. With mild creasing to all corners and in particularly to the top left and right. A clean copy with no loss, foxing or tears. Overall a very good copy.

The text of Kipling's speech against the Home Rule Bill and the Cabinet which had produced it in exchange for sufficient majority to pass the Parliament Act which would provide a salary for its members. Spoken at Tunbridge Wells the 16th of May 1914. A rare piece of Kipling ephemera.
