Return of the Indian signed by Lynne Reid Banks 1st / 1st 1986

First edition and first print published by Dent in 1986. This is a near fine copy. There is some very mild rubbing to the jacket spine ends. It is not price clipped (£7.95). The book is square and sturdy with only a very light smattering of fox marks to the top text block.

Overall a near fine copy and signed twice by the author. Firstly she has signed without dedication to the front free end paper and secondly has inscribed to 'nan' on the title page and has dated her inscription in the year of publication. Nan is Nancy Wiggington (Nan Winton), the first female newsreader to the read the national news on the BBC.

The Return of the Indian is the second of the Indian in the Cupboard series. After a year of keeping the cupboard locked, Omri decides to see Little Bear again
