Red Vagabond by C.D. Adams / B.B. 1st / 1st 1951

First UK edition and first print published by Batchworth in 1951. This is a stunning very near fine copy. The crisp and bright jacket only has a shade of fading to the top of the spine otherwise presents as new. It is not price clipped with no wear or loss at all. There is a miniscule tear to the bottom edge of the front panel. The book is immaculate with no marks to the boards or pages. This is a highly collectible very near fine copy and has been with one owner from new. 
 
The tale of a fox in the wild on the welsh border described by the author, a farmer from Shropshire. It is vividly illustrated by B.B.(D.J. Watkins-Pitchford). Scarce in this very nice condition.
