Portnoy's Complaint by Philip Roth, 1st/1st, 1969
This is a very good ++ copy of Philip Roth's 'Portnoy's Complaint' in first edition, first printing. London, Jonathan Cape, 1969. The jacket has visible shelf wear at the top and tail, slight staining on the inside of the cover but remains presentable. The text blocks feature moderate staining at the top, and slight foxing on the side. The boards are free from chips and marks- the book is without previous owner's ink. Overall this is a very good ++ copy.
