Pappan Och Havet (Moominpappa at Sea) by Tove Jansson 1st / 1st 1965

First edition published by Gebers, Helsingfors in 1965. This is a very good or better copy. The first Swedish edition. Published without a dust wrapper. The highly illustrative boards show Moominpappa in his little rowing boat out in a storm at sea. There are many fantastic black and white illustrations throughout the book. There are occasional dirt marks to the front board and spine that are more excessive to the back board. The pages are very clean with very little if any foxing. There is no previous owners ink. Overall it is a very good or better copy. 
 
The 8th book published to feature the Moomins. It has become a rare title to find.
