On Translating Homer Last Words by Matthew Arnold 1st / 1st 1862

First edition published by Longman, Green, Longman and Roberts in 1862. This is a near fine copy in its original publishers binding. With gilt to the spine. There is the occasional mark to the front board and a contemporary previous owners name and date to the front free end paper. An August 1878 catalogue has been tipped into the back. It is a sharp copy.
