London: Herbert Jenkins, (1961). First edition. This is a near fine copy. The dust wrapper is generally clean throughout but has light wear at the corners. It has not been price clipped and is showing the original '13/6 net' price. The spine is slightly faded. The boards are free from chips and marks and the text blocks are bright and white throughout with very slight foxing present. Overall, this is a near fine copy of a nice title. 
 
It features several Wodehouse characters from earlier books, including Drones Club members Freddie Widgeon and Oofy Prosser, and the trio of criminals, "Chimp" Twist and "Soapy" and "Dolly" Molloy. McIlvaine A84b.
