FIRST UK EDITION published by Chatto & Windus in 1985. This is a fine copy. The jacket has no wear at all although it has been price clipped. The book also has no wear. No previous owners ink or marks. The pages has started to brown which is not uncommon for this book. Overall this is a fine collectors copy. 
 
Hillary Mantel's first novel and a scarcity especially in this condition.
