With the original dust jacket illustrated by the author, who also provides the frontispiece and a vignette for every chapter of the book. pp. x, [ii], 178, [ii]; A very good copy, the upper board with a gentle push to a corner. The gilt a little dulled. Light impression marks on the front free end paper. The wrapper price clipped with a short, closed tear to the top edge of the front panel and mended to the reverse. The head of the spine with edge wear.
