Chesil Beach Signed by Ian Mcewan 1st / 1st 2007 + Audio CD's

First edition and first print published by Jonathan Cape in 2007. This is a fine / as new copy. The wrapper is immaculate and hasn't been price clipped. The book is free from any wear. It looks like it has been unread. It has been signed to the title page without dedication. Also included is a 4 CD audiobook of Chesil Beach that is read by the author. This is sealed and is in new condition. This has also been signed by the author to the cover, before it was sealed. Overall a fine / new signed set with both the book and audiobook bearing the author's signature.

It is July 1962. Edward and Florence, young innocents married that morning, arrive at a hotel on the Dorset coast. At dinner in their rooms they struggle to suppress their private fears of the wedding night to come and, unbeknownst to them both, the events of the evening will haunt them for the rest of their lives. Shortlisted for the Booker Prize in 2007.
