First edition published by Michael Joseph in 1959. It is in very good or better condition. There are light signs of wear to the spine ends and corners. There are tape marks to the reverse of the jacket at the spine ends. The William Belcher jacket hasn't been price clipped with the spine faded. The boards are in excellent shape as is the book with no ink or any other marks. The classic tale about Billy Fisher, an undertaker's clerk from a small town in Yorkshire, and also a pathalogical liar. A rare title.
