Altered Carbon Signed by Richard Morgan 1st / 1st 2002

First UK edition published by Gollancz in 2002. This is a fine copy. The jacket has no wear and is not price clipped. Likewise the book is very presentable. The pages have tanned as is common with this title but there is no previous owner's marks or ink. The author, Richard Morgan has signed on the title page without dedication. 
 
Set in a future in which interstellar travel is facilitated by transferring consciousnesses between bodies ("sleeves"), the novel follows the attempt of Takeshi Kovacs, a former U.N. elite soldier turned private investigator, to investigate a rich man's death.
