Action Cookbook by Len Deighton, 1st/1st, 1965

London: Jonathan Cape, (1965). First edition. This is a very good copy. Issued without a dust wrapper, the paperbound pictoral boards are bright and clean. There is mild wear throughout, with some crumpling at the top and tail of the spine. The text blocks are slightly toned with some brown spots on the bottom edge. The internals are clean. Overall, this is a very good copy of what is becoming a rare title. 
 
Len Deighton's collection of 'cookstrips'. All illustrated and straight forward, the author covers a lot of ground aimed at 'unskilled men helping them around the kitchen'.
