London: Jonathan Cape, (1928). First edition. This is a very good copy. The dust wrapper is finely illustrated and shows four figures, each of which represent one of the four plays in the book. There is soiling throughout and light creasing to the front cover. It has been price clipped. The text blocks are generally clean, but with few spots of browning present. Overall, this is a very good copy. An early collection of children’s story by the author and rare with the dust wrapper.
